SCADA Technical Support


C3-ilex offers a Technical Support Program that provides users with a service for SCADA information, Technical Support services and a communication vehicle for technical updates. First level (Basic) information is available for all of our customers. Second level detailed information is available for our Technical Service Agreement (TSA) subscribers.

 

 

  Plant Monitoring Technical Support


C3-ilex offers a Technical Support Program that provides users with a source for plant monitoring related information, technical support services and a communication vehicle to promote sharing of information among users. The Program provides a two-tiered approach, Basic and Technical Support, selectable by the user depending on support needs.
