that provides users with Legacy plant monitoring related
information, technical support services and a communication vehicle to
promote sharing of information among users. The Program provides a
two-tiered approach, Basic and Technical Support, selectable by the
user depending on support needs.

C3-ilex offers a Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA)
that provides users with C3-TREK and DASie software updates and related
information. The Program provides a
two-tiered approach, Basic Information Only SMA and Premeir SMA, selectable by the
user depending on support needs.
