SCADA Technical Support


C3-ilex offers a Technical Support Agreement (TSA) that provides users with EOScada and RTU software updates, EOSCADA information, Technical Support services and a communication vehicle for technical updates. First level information is available for all of our customers. Second level detailed information is available for our Basic and Premier (TSA) subscribers.

 

 

  Plant Monitoring Technical Support


C3-ilex offers a Technical Support Program that provides users with Legacy plant monitoring related information, technical support services and a communication vehicle to promote sharing of information among users. The Program provides a two-tiered approach, Basic and Technical Support, selectable by the user depending on support needs.

 

 

 

  C3-TREK and DASie Technical Support


C3-ilex offers a Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) that provides users with C3-TREK and DASie software updates and related information. The Program provides a two-tiered approach, Basic Information Only SMA and Premeir SMA, selectable by the user depending on support needs.
