C3-ilex’s SCADA product line (EOScada) includes PC based Master Stations with automatic system failover, full graphics, and sophisticated monitoring and control applications, as well as Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) that perform communication, data concentration, and connection to a wide variety of Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) and physical points.

EOScada ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

C3-ilex’s EOScada is a real-time Windows based SCADA System for Energy Management ideally suited for Electrical, Water, Waste Water and Gas applications. The EOScada platform features a distributed processing, networked configuration using commercial PC’s running current MS Windows operating systems. Installations range from standalone single Master Station systems to large distributed networks of servers, operator workstations, and remote CRTs performing a wide variety of EMS applications. The network approach offers a building block of processors performing simultaneous processing and providing upward expansion capability for SCADA/EMS applications.

EOScada’s Open Architecture design features ODBC compliant MS Access databases for flexible report generation and interface with other applications. Open communication protocols, like DNP 3.0 support communication with a wide variety of RTU’s, IED’s and SCADA Master Stations.

EOScada’s HMI is efficiently designed for easy configuration, editing and secure operation. Data trending, historical recording, report generation, alarm processing, etc. and access control functions are fully customizable. Display creation is accomplished via an AutoCAD LT Graphical Editor. Historical data is tabulated, plotted and analyzed with a custom Excel Tool Kit.

With a C3-ilex EOScada System, there are no after sales worries, as we provide full life-cycle support for our customers via technical service agreements, hardware repair services, product upgrades, web site services and an annual user group meeting.

REMOTE TERMINAL UNITS

9300 Remote Terminal Unit

The C3-ilex 9300 family of Remote Terminal Units (RTU) provides a modular expandable RTU that combines traditional hardwired I/O along with IED connectivity. The 9300 RTU provides flexibility for new installations as well as an easy upgrade path for existing RTU installations through use of our special interface cards. The 9300 can be configured to support a single I/O point to hundreds of Digital, Analog, Sequence of Events, and/or Pulse Accumulator input/output points. Our complete line of I/O card types and extensive library of IED protocols (including DNP 3.0) allow this RTU to adapt to your changing needs as easily as changing a single card or uploading new “firmware”. Serial and / or WAN communication to multiple masters is also provided.

RTU Diagnostic Test Set Software

C3-ilex’s Test Set Software provides a user friendly approach to diagnosing the health of RTU, Communication links, and Master connections.

	Tests all RTU functions, provides individual RTU card diagnostics, and listens in on communications with the master
	Allows the user to create a test database including Multiple IEDs
	Provides visual confirmation of data transmissions
	Displays Sent & Received messages both to and from the RTU

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

C3-ilex offers a two tier technical Service Agreement that offers ongoing support and product updates for our products. The agreements range from a comprehensive unlimited support program to a limited support of several hours per year. In addition this website contains supplementary information. First level information is available for all of our customers. Second level detailed information and firmware uploads are available for our Technical Service Agreement subscribers.
