Technical Support Program

C3-ilex offers a Technical Support Program that provides users with a source for plant monitoring related information, technical support services and a communication vehicle to promote sharing of information among users. The Program provides a two-tiered approach, Basic and Technical Support, selectable by the user depending on support needs.

 

Basic Services:

C3-ilex hosts and maintains a Web site for subscribing plant process computer system users which provides the following basic features and information:

   Global map/site contacts
  Users group information
   Bulletin board

 

Technical Support Services:

C3-ilex provides the following additional features and information to Technical Support subscribers via the web site:

Software download of updates
Manual updates 
Technical information
 Help desk
 FAQs for system/products
Service information letters

Software Maintenance

C3-ilex provides technical support to subscribers in accordance with Software Maintenance Agreements whose features include:

Help desk
Architecture support
40 hours per quarter technical support
Preferred pricing on additional support
 Emergency service on-call

C3-ilex has the technical expertise to perform major projects as required by Power Plant customers.  Current areas of involvement include:
